FIFA has allowed the registration of players from Ukraine for all associations
The unplanned opening of the transfer market for players of Ukrainian clubs caused a certain legal conflict. Due to the war aggression from Russia, all of them did not have the opportunity to start the second part of the season of national competitions.

As a result, the highest governing body of football had to be involved in resolving the issue. So, the FIFA Council allowed the teams from other championships to register players from the Ukrainian Premier League. Thus, the relevant document now makes it clear for all the involved sides.

In addition, the new amendments indicate that foreign clubs have the right to register a maximum of two professional players from the UPL.
